16 Year Old Having Frequent Yeast Infections. Not Responding To Canesten Pessary Cream. Is This Chlamydia?

I m sixteen years old almost seventeen and I had sex for the first time around 10 months ago. We used a condom and I had no issues at all. Seven months later however, I began having yeast infection like symptoms on and off from then until now. I told my mom and began using the Canesten pessary and cream three day treatment. I still suffer from a smelly kind of discharge and I m worried I might have chlamydia . Please help!

Hi,
Smelly discharge is generally due to bacterial vaginosis OR trichomoniasis.
Both need proper treatment. You can consult your gynecologist to take vaginal smear for diagnosis & proper treatment.
Wish you good health.
