16 Year Old Male With High Blood Pressure??

I was in my school nurse this morning due to feel nauseous. After I felt better, my blood pressure was tested four times. the first reading was 132 over 80. With a heart rate of 84 BPM. The second was higher with the same heart rate.(Not sure of exact answers) The 3rd had a suddenly and drastic drop. It went down to 100 over 70. All of this over the course of 30 minutes. High blood pressure runs in the family. Could this be the start of it? Or could there be another cause? Any and al help is deeply appreciated. Thank you.

BP records through out the day if you record cannot be constant. It varies in
narrow range as per your activity and stress. In your case there was a anxiety and
discomfort of nausea so intial systolic BP was on higher side than gradually over a
period of time came to normal. It can not be begining of hypertension as it came to
normal on its own.Thanks
