Hi there.

Do you have fever, lower abdominal pain, any bleeding from vagina ?

It is usually not normal to leak fluids as it can lead to chance of infection to the baby.

It would be wise to get a Gynecological check up to make sure the membranes have not started breaking and water leaking. Do consult a Gynecologist this time. Do not delay.

Eat a healthy diet. Drink 1-2 litres of water daily. Avoid sexual intercourse during last 6 weeks of pregnancy. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily.

Kindly follow up with me regarding your progress and of your baby.

Wishing healthy pregnancy.

Regards,
