Your systolic (top) number is too high. Is this a one time thing or does it run this high all the time? If this is a one time thing it may be stress, caffeine, smoking, energy drinks, alcohol, or another medication causing it to be this high. If it is this high a lot you need to see a Dr for medication. Your diastolic number is fine.
