thanks for choosing health care magic.In a boy typically the sex organs start developing after the age of 14-15 years.after that sperm production starts.I think if you have normal testes and other development of male characters like beard,mustache and hairs on chest,pubic region and they you should not worry.If in doubt see your doctor for examination and advice.
