Dear Brinda, welcome to HCM.

I am quite concerned that your husband has a ?TVD .... all coronaries blocked severely compromising blood supply to the heart.
He will need a bypass CABG surgery.

Does he have any chest pain, breathlessness? swelling over ankles?

Why are you waiting since January?
It may suddenly get worse.
What has the doctor advised?

Please revert with the info.
Take care and keep me posted.
