2 Year Kid, Blood Clot Inside Upper Lip After A Fall. Anything To Worry?

My 2 year old fell on her face yesterday. She hurt her gum above her 2 front teeth and it bled for quite a while but if stopped completely after an hour.
Now she has a blood clot on the inside of her upper lip (most likely resulting from the impact of her teeth hitting her lip when she fell). Should i be worried about the blood clot?

Hi you need not worry if there i no active bleeding. The clot will resolve and swelling comes down in few days but if there is pain you can give some analgesic as prr your paediatrician s advice . Take care
