2 Year Kid, Stomach Flu, Throwing Up White Bile, Not Drinking Anything. What Could Be This?

My daughter will be two in August, she has had the "stomach flu" for the last two months on and off but more on than off. But this morning she was throwing up white bile, then it turned yellow. She won't drink anything. I'm afraid she will get dehydrated. And she has never had the bile before, her stomach should not be empty. She ate dinner. Idk if it is her getting the virus again, or if she has soke sort of infection, or if maybe she has acid reflex?

Pediatrician 's  Response
hi ! the symptoms that you mentioned are consistent with acute gastritis. this happens when a child has stomach flu off and on as in your kids case. firstly you need to give her an antiemetic so that her vomitting stops & she doesn't get dehydrated. then you need to give her an antacid course ( eg lanazol junior).if it persists get an appointment with her paediatrician & enquire about h.pylori diagnosis & management. take care.
