20 Female, Itchy Red, Inflamed And Swollen Crotch, Fungal Infection,on Clotrimazole And Topical Cream With No Good.Please Advice.

female, 20. i went to the doctors two weeks ago regarding and extremely itchy, red, inflamed and swollen crotch. the doctor said it was a fungal infection (he did some tests and STD's were ruled out) and i was given clotrimazole once off tablet and topical cream. there have been no signs of improvement and i am extremely uncomfortable. please help

Genital fungal infection usually affects both partners. So a simultaneous treatment of both sex partners is needful for complete relief.
