20 Year Old Constantly Tired, Lack Of Concentration. How Can I Be Back To Normal?
Hi, I am 20 years old, 5.2 height and 7 and a 1/2 stone. I have always been fit and well, I eat a healthy balanced diet, three meals per day, fish, vegetables etc. and exercise regularly. Recently I've been constantly tired, with no energy and a fuzzy head. It is extremely frustrating as I have uni work that I need to get done and it's really affecting my ability to do it. I feel like I can't concentrate to do it because all I want to do is sleep and my brain won't focus to let me get on with it. Have you any idea why I am feeling like this and/or what I could do to get back to normal?
Hi, sorry to hear your problem, from your query the most common cause for tiredness and loss of energy is iron deficiency, micro and macro nutrient deficiency. I'll suggest you to check your hemoglobin level. check your vitamin B12 and folic acid levels. To start with you can take tablet supradyn once a day for 1 month. wish you a good health.
