23 Month Baby, Suffering From Cold, Cough And Fever, Not Having Food. Recommendations?

Hi there,
My baby is sick since 4 days she is 23 month old.she got cold cough and fever first 2 days she had constantly fever even we gave her paracetamol it was 101.1 f and we went to the general doctor for checkup but he said this is normal she has virus flue because of weather it will goes after a week but problem is she didn't eat anything since the day she doesn't like anything no milk no juice no fruits no rice etc 1, 2 day she drunk orange juice but she doesn't dats why we r worry about her please give some tips.

I advise you to continue the symptomatic medication as advised by the doctor.

Try to give oral fluids and soft diet to maintain hydration and nutrition part of the child.

Fever may take 3 to 5 days for complete remission.

If the child is dull, dehydrated, or fever is not getting down, consult the doctor again for reevaluation and for further management.
