Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you are having could be related to cervical spondylosis or a spasm of the neck muscle. An MRI scan of the area will help in proper diagnosis. Till then you can start with physiotherapy exercises and avoid using a pillow.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
