27, Male. Anal Irritation Due To External Hemorrhoids ,bleeding.
Hi, my age is 27,male . I have irritation around my anus since i was 14. But i didn't paid much attention to it, as irritation remain for someday,and then vanish for months. For past 2-3 years i have noticed that there is projection around my anus tip.Generally irritation is there after 1or 2 month. After 2-3 days of irritation there is blood in the stool, which is most probably from the projection, and then irritation stops (for month or two).This is happening in regular cycle.What shoul i do

Hi and welcome to HCM,thank you for your query.
Well this is typical clinical picture of hemorrhoids and it may last or you can decide to have permanent solution which is surgical management. it can always be trated conservatively by dietary changes and sitz brahs but if this persists you should visit proctologist for further treatment.There are topical cream used for it too but this is only symptomatic therapy,it wont cure the cause
