2.8 Year Child, Suffering From Cold, Fever, Cough. Having Low Immunity. Suggestions To Remove Immunity And Health Conditions?

sir, my 2.8 yrs daughter is going to school from 20 days and fallen sick 3 times. each week , cold fever and cought. daughters told its because of low immunity and weather conditions. she wont eat any fruits,dry furits and raw veggies..kidnly let me know hw to improve her immune system and also some tips to keep up her good health.

It is common for children to fall sick once they start going to the school. This is because of their increased exposure to the environment and other children in the school who may be having all sorts of cough and cold etc.

Try and encourage her to eat fruits and vegetables.
