Hello,
Your wife is young and there is along life ahead and so we need to be sure of the initial diagnosis. Was she evaluated with scans etc before starting the medications? She is on multiple medications which have effect on brain and so milf forgetfulness with them can be expected. However if it is too much and initial diagnosis is not clear then doctor has to persist with evaluation for reaching at the root cause.
Good luck.
