3 Week Old Baby Hit Her Head While Being Taken From The Crib. Should I Be Concerned?

Hi while taking my 3 week old baby out of her crib, i accidentally hit the left side of her head (just above her ear ) on the crib rail. She cried for 2 seconds then stopped. She also spit up a little. She fell asleep 10 minutes later. Do I need to be worried?
