Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

It seems a viral gastroenteritis.

Reddish tone and the facial swelling may be due to a rash resulting from virus.
How is her urine output?

A good urine output is suggestive of good hydration status of the child.

Swelling of face is a concerning symptom which requires examination and further evaluation.

I advise you to consult the pediatrician for follow up to look for the rash and facial swelling.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
