3 Year Old Child, Bleeding, Mucus Filled Stools, Pinkish Colour On Wiping. Causes?

My 3 year old used the bathroom and like a bright red cloud of blood went in the toilet along with soft and mushy stool . I couldn t tell if the stool was brown or black due to all the red. Today, she has had 16-24 ounces of hawaiian punch (red) and yesterday she had some pink cotton candy made with red sugar. When I wipe her, there is just a little bit of what looks like a pinkish color.

Hello Dear
The blood in stool is due to infection in the digestive track or some liver related issue. Your child needs to be investigated for that.
Give her a fiber rich diet, plenty of water, more green and leafy vegetables, avoid all fatty, oily, spicy food and avoid drinks which contain caffeine. Give her fresh food and juice.
Consult your doctor and get treated. Your doctor may give you a course of antibiotic and antacids.
Best Wishes and have a speedy recovery.
