3 Year Old Feeling Tired And Pain While Walking, Bleeding Nose. Is It A Mono Infection?

Hi may 3 year old has been extremely tired for 3 days and says it hurts to walk , from being weak???...runny eyes, crampy tummy, sore throat ... Now bleeding nose today.. Day 4... Does it sound like mono and should i bring her in... She had a fever but not today...just has been laying on couch for 4 days....eyes are red and sore too..????

Your description suggests a viral infection which can give rise to all the symptoms that you have enumerated. Infectious mononucleosis is also a viral infection but the blood smear examiination suggests some typical findings. I suggest that you get her examined by your doctor which is always better.
