3 Year Old Having Fever, Cold And Cough. What Is The Dosage Of Meftal P To Be Given?
My 3 and half year son who weights 35lbs has fever and horrible cough and minor cold. I initially gave him ibrufen and now changed it to meftal-p. I want to know the meftal-p dosage i need to give . He had a strep test and is on antibiotic (amoxyllin)

Dose of mefenemic acid is 4-6mg/kg body weight given 2times a day and in case of high fever .
