Hello!
The child is receiving an antibiotic - rather strong! I wonder whether it is really indicated! Every asthmatic attack does not need an antibiotic. The cause may be allergy. The infection could be virus.
The other one is a cough syrup with 3 different drugs - symptomatic and good enough!
There is no medicine I see for wheezing - if it is asthma, there is no medicine the child is receiving for dilatation of the bronchus.
Montair is for long term prophylaxis (Reduction in severity and/or frequency). Its immediate effects are not great. It has to be taken for a long time - at least an year or more.
Asthma is not always familial
Some children may outgrow with age - don't worry
Asthma is diagnosed clinically / corroborated by Spirometry (Lung Function Tests / especially Peakflow) - also of use to assess worsening and improvement.
All the best
God bless you
