hi thr..i have 3yr old son..his speaking skill is not yet developed..he has very gud observation power..he does everything so accurately and perfectly..bt he is very moody..he is very aggressive...bt he doesn't understand what we tell him..doesn't follow to our command..what should we do to help him focus on one thing..

hi there, the symptoms you have described points towards developmental disorder like autism or one of its spectrum. It would be good to go visit a neurophysician and if required a child psychologist to rule out any other condition. Do not neglect it but get an opinion as soon as possible because in these cases early intervention and treatment have good prognosis in the long run. Take care.
