3 Years Old, Hitting Of Head, Dilated, Later Fine. Suggestions?

my three and a half year old hit his head this evening. His eyes quickly dilated and he said he was seeing all different kinds of colors. About five minutes later his peoples were normal and he seems fine but I am still thinking about it. Should I do anything for him or take him to see somebody? Thank you very very much

Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Head trauma resulting from hitting or sporting events is a common thing but few bumps on the head of this nature result in serious injury.
However a dilating pupil following a head injury is an important danger sign. The child complains of blurred or double vision. You must get him examined and if any new symptom like headache, vomiting, disorientation develops then you must note and reort them to your doctor.
hope this will help you!take care
