Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

His urine test is showing few RBCs which can be expected in fever.

His hemoglobin is low suggestive of anemia.

It is looking like some infection mostly with a virus.

Continue the medication as per the pediatrician advise.

Give plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration of the child.

If there is high grade fever, do tepid sponging with lukewarm water.

Monitor his activity, temperature, and hydration.

Consult the doctor for follow up if the fever is not subsiding within 48 hours.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
