3.5 Year Kid, Stomach Ache, Uncomfortable Front Genital Area. Any Ideas?

Hi my daughter who is 3.5yrs old often complains of stomach ache.. Not sure if its cramps.. And I can't seem to link it to anything ie food or even perhaps attention! She also on some occasions often needs to go to the toilet and complains her bottom hurts whilst on the toilet. Althoughf I suspect it's not her bottom but her front genital area that she finds uncomfortable. Not sure what's happening? Any ideas?

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

I appreciate your concern and would advise you to get the following investigations done:
1. Urine routine
2. Stool routine.
In case there is any abnormality in the reports it shall be better to consult your doctor who shall examine the child and advise further management.
