3cm Parovarian Cyst. Ultrasound Done. Going To Have Ovaries Out. Suggestions?
60 year-old female for followup of yellow dot. 3cm parovarian cyst in 2011. Follow up ultr SOUND VISIT, They found a anteverted uterus measuring 6.7x3x4.5 cm. A complex multiseptated cystic mass with areas septal thicking is visualized in the right adnexal region. overhaul measurement of the cystic mass is approximately 6.5x5.9x5.8 cm; previously this complex structure measured approximately 4.1x3.1 x 2.6 cm on prior ulrasound 07/21/10. Non visualization of the left ovary. complex right adnexal cystic structure which has increased in size compared with prior studies. Going to have both ovaries out. If cancer all out.

The cyst is comparatively larger and so if it causes obstructions or discomforts, there is nothing wrong in removing it.
But if you are healthy otherwise, both physically as well as mentally, you can go without a surgery on your body.
Because it is always better to avoid surgeries.
Since you could manage several years before and after you found it for the first time, you can go without surgery also. Your cyst will not become cancerous as they may warn you.
You may please keep with you a positive attitude to prevent any worse turn in your health.
