4 Month Old Child, Small Knot On Chest, Under Collar Bone, Hard To Touch. Treatment?

my 4 month old son has a small pea sized knot on the right side of his chest . just under the skin, but it feels/looks like it is in the vein . it is not near the nipple , more just under his collar bone. It feels hard just under the skin. He is not acting any different, and he does not mind if I touch it. It is not warm or red.

it might be a lymph node . if it is really tortuous may be vessel block . check the BP if it fine both limbs. not increase in size no pain don't worry.
