Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

For fever safest medicine is Paracetamol, given in a dose of 15mg/kg/dose, repeated every 6 hrs.
Measure the temperature every 6 hours and note it down. It is significant only if temperature is more than 100'F.
You may also do tepid sponging with tap water if there is no shivering.

Hope you have seen your Pediatrician and have got her examined.
If chest signs are present, your doctor will give you some more medicines too.

Hope my answer helps you.
Wish a speedy recovery for your kid.
