4 Year Old, Having Dark Brown Circles Inside Cheek, Looked Like Ulcer. Fell Down Month Ago, Got Hurt In Mouth
Hi my 4 year old boy has a dark brown/purple round largish circle that has appeared inside cheek above lower moler ! Noticed yesterday. Last week it looked like a little white ulcer after he had fever. What is this? No pain he says. He did fall in playground 3 weeks ago and hurt his mouth and he says he bit inside there but that was ages ago and his mouth was o.k when i looked in then! Mum

From history it seems that this is non healing ulcer due to tooth bite 3 weeks ago.
Give him one course of antibiotic and he will be alright.
Give him vitamin B.complex syrup as well.
