4 Year Old Tipped And Hit The Head Backwards And Having A Cut, Spotting Blood. Is Urgent Care Needed?

My 4 year old son was rocking on a rocking horse, tipped backwards and hit his head on a wood bed rail. There is a small 1/2 inch surface cut with minimal swelling. It is still spotting a small amount of blood. He is completely conscientious no headache, nausea and us able to answer questions. I am mainly concerned about the small cut and wondering if I should take him to urgent care. The cut is on the back of his head very lower portion above neck. (Level with earlobe s)

At present as your child is fine no need to worry much but in some childrem symptoms wil appear lately so it is better to consult a doctor to perform physical examination.X-Ray and ct scan is also importnant because the things you cant see clinically can be found through investigations.Thank you and take care of your baby.
