44 Year Old, Late Periods, Cramping, Clear Discharge, Bloating. Negative Pregnancy Tests

I am 44 years old and obese. I have regular unprotected sex and am 20 days late on my period. I have had months that I am off a day or two but not 20. I did take a few pregnancy tests but was negative. I have cramping off and on like a period is starting and the only discharge is clear. I feel bloated and my clothing is uncomfortable.

Thanks for consulting us.
You are strongly advised to have one blood pregnancy test ( beta hCG ) & trans-vaginal ultrasound. This will rule out both ectopic pregnancy & any pelvic pathology.
