44 Years Old, Having Weight Loss, No Change In Diet. Is This Age Related?

Hello Dr,
I just turned 44 this year, May 29th. I am 5'1", I have always maintained a weight amount of 140 to 145 lbs even after having my son eight years ago. Right now I am 130 lbs and I can't figure out where the weight went. I have the same eating habits as before. My way of activity is the same. I'm actually now the weight I was before I started having kids.(three kids. 21yrs, 15yrs and 8yrs). could this have anything to do with my age and me possibly going through the change in life? you know menopause? e-mail me please. YYYY@YYYY Thanks.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since your age is 44 years, weight 130 lbs , height 5'1" .
In my opinion this is a perfect weight , height combination.
Reduction of 15 lbs , particularly when there is no disease , so no cause of concern , no any test require .
Not due to menopause ,but due to age factor , so don't worry.
Good luck.
