Hi,
Based on the symptoms , and lab findings ,your baby is suffering from enteritis which can cause positive mucous ,pus cells and fine red spots. These being most commonly seen in children. You need to continue the prescribed antibiotics and bifilac as advised.Since baby is active you need not worry.
Other causes of red spots to be evaluated if symptoms persisting, they are anal fissure, ulcerative colitis, bleeding from lower gastrointestinal tract ,and sometimes breast feeding itself where child may ingest blood when the mother's nipples are cracked. Although usually just a drop or two, this blood can then show up in the baby's stool after she has nursed.
