4.5 Month Old Passing Yellow Green Stool After Starting Cerelac Along With Breast Feed?

My baby is 4.5 months old, i have started giving her cerelac,2 spoons, twice a day and i breastfeed her. Since last week when i started solids she is passing green, yellow green and sometimes dark green potty 4 times a day. What is the reason? Is something serious?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Complementary feeding is to be started after 6 months of age.
I suggest you to give exclusive breast feeding till 6months.
Give probiotic for 2 to 3 days.
