Hi,
The bleeding for one full month aught to have the symptoms you are facing!
At the age of 49, it's most likely to be a menopausal symptom. there are many more possibilities to be ruled out at this age.
You need a complete blood check up . you might be anemic.
Sonography is informative about the cause.
Internal check up by an expert Gynecologist is advisable.
Please consult a Gynecologist for examination, investigations & management.
Till then- take rest ,have light, nutritious food, drink plenty of water. A haemostatic like CVP Gynae can give you some relief.
Take calcium & iron supplement.
Thanks
