What Are The Side Effects Of Duloxetine?

hi, my doctor subscribed duloxetine for my back. Now, here s the question- the side effects say: drowsiness, tiredness, fatigue, drowsiness, difficulty sleeping then in the same breath says tiredness, lack of sleep, and insomnia. sounds like a contradiction. ?? thanks
