General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the baby is having viral infection, or allergic cold associated with the secondary bacterial infection. I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ayrups of amoxycillin, bronchodialator , and antihistamin, and paracetamol if necessory.
Thank you.
