5 Year Daughter, Constipation, Feeling Sick, Stomach Pain. Taking Movicol. Anything To Worry?

My daughter complains several times a day that she feels sick. She is 5 years old and this started many many months back. It seemed at the time to be related to constipation and she was given movicol to help. She has 2 sachets a day and does go now but often complains of tummy pains and regularly throughout the day will complain of feeling sick. She likes to pick at food and seems to hate meal times where a full dinner is put in front of her. Should I be worried that it could be something serious?
