Sir,my 5 years old son vaccinated DPT on 17.4.13 then suffering from fever103-104 for 5day next 5day fever100-102with palm and foot sole cold turnd pale including lip and injection site hot,reness arised broad area.then whooping cough like symptom arised.child specialist prescribd syr levolin and tab montair4 ,tab clarithromycin ,now my son is ok but informs pain at right side upper abdomen,and it is enlarged in size.what i wll do? Is it harmful for him?now adays i am looking tempertentram and hyper activity atention deficit in him.
Your son's fever appears to be due to some other reason than the vaccination. If there is pain in the upper abdomen on the right site it shall be better to get him re-examined by the doctor and get an ultrasound and blood tests done to rule out any liver pathology.
A child who is unwell will throw temper tantrums which should not be mistaken for hyperactivity attention deficit.

Hi, Thank you for your query. Your son s fever appears to be due to some other reason than the vaccination. If there is pain in the upper abdomen on the right site it shall be better to get him re-examined by the doctor and get an ultrasound and blood tests done to rule out any liver pathology.
