5 Year Old With Vomiting And Diarrhea, High Fever. Emeset And Lotemp Prescribed. What Should Be The Dosage?

Hi my son is five and a half years old and has got vomiting and loose motions with high fever I've given him emeset and lotemp 5ml but the loose motions haven't stopped his doctor prescribed for zanocin 5ml I want to know how many times can or should give him zanocin I'm upset plz help I don't want him getting dehydrated I have kept giving him some water but still.....help

hello, please give the child oral rehydration salt and some medication for fever. the dose of zanocin given is okey but if symptoms worsen, see a paediatrician. thanks
