5 Year Son, WBC In Urine, Vomiting, Sore Tummy, Rash Under Bottom Lip. Any Ideas?
Hi, My 5 yr old has 192 level of white blood cells in urine but no infection. She has vomitted twice in the last two weeks. complained about burning once when weeing, complain amlost daily of a sore tummy generally at night. She just went to and had a wee and come out complaining of sore tummy. She also has lots of small particles floating in the urine. She has just developed a rash under bottom lip yesterday as wel but I am not sure if this is related. What could be wrong?
From the history available your child is likely to be suffering from Urinary Tract infection.I am not able to understand the report .If WBC is present it means it is pus cells i.e infection.
I would suggest that you give lots of fluids to your child and get her examined by her doctor so that diagnosis can be made and correct treatment initiated.
