5 Yo With Four Day History Of Diarrhea, Vomiting, And

5 yo with four day history of diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. No fever. Pain is intermittent, occurring with diarrhea and vomiting. Very mild symptoms during the day with majority of symptoms occurring at night. Not interested in eating, but has been drinking some Gatorade and 7up (only about 4oz today). Does not have signs od dehydration. Is this just gastroenteritis or something more serious? Recommendation for fluids and slow introduction of food?
