6 Months Pregnant. Urine Analysis Done. Does Findings Suggest Any Serious Problem?

i got my urine analysis now and i am pregnant in my six month baby girl.
color: Amber yellow
Aspect: slightly Turbid
reaction:Acidic
sp. Gr : Q.N.S
All the chemical Examination like sugar, albunim,aceton,bile pigment are : Nile
Pus cells: 6-8
Epith. Celss: ++
HPF: R.B.Cs: 18-20
does this mean that this is a serious case and it might infect on my baby!!

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
You seem to be having a urinary tract infection. I don't think it is serious and will affect baby, never the less you need to treat the infection fast. Consult your obstetrician for treatment. There are antibiotics which are safe in pregnancy which you can take. Drink lots of water and relax.
