6 Weeks Pregnant. Sonography Done. Should I Continue This Pregnancy Or Not?
last period date june 28th. GA(LMP);06 weeks 3 days, EDD (LMP);04.04.2014 .
MADAM I HAVE DONE SONOGRAGHY which shows the following results ;
gestational sac measures about 7mm
A gravid uterus with an early intrauterine gestation is seen
tiny peri-sac hematomas are seen
yolk sac, foetal poles and foetal parts are not seen .
the internal os is closed. the cervical length appears adequate.
my gynaec hav suggested to abort becoz the pregancy is not proper and it would lead to miscarriage if not abort. pls help me whether to keep the pregancy or not

Sorry to say that you have condition called as blighted ovum.
It is the condition in which fertilized egg doesn't develop into embryo.
Your doctor has rightly suggested you to abort.
Methods may be medical,surgical or naturally allow to pass the tissues.
Choice can be done after consultation with doctor.
