6 Year Kid, Suffering From Ear Infection, Gave Over Dose Of Medicine. Recommendations?

I have a six month old daughter with an ear infection and we were prescribed 3.5ml every 12 hours. My wife gave her a dose and I gave her a dose about 15 minutes later not knowing my wife had already given it to her. Should we be concerned? We fed her a bottle to try and dilute anything and have a call in to the nurse, but it sometimes takes a while to hear back. We're a bit concerned, obviously.
Thank you.

Hi
Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Since you have not mentioned which medicine was prescribed to your baby it is difficult to comment.
I assume it to be some antibiotic given for ear infection most probably amoxiciin.
Relax,there is nothing to worry.
Give her next dose on time.
Watch for any loose motion.
Give her normal feeds.

If you notice any other symptom get her evaluated by doctor.
Wishing your baby good health.
God bless.
