6 Year Old Has Horrible Stomach Pains/cramps, Nausea, Tiredness. Reasons ?

Hello, My 6 year old daughter has had horrible stomach pains/ cramps . She has a temp of 38 degrees, and very tired. No loose stools or vomiting yet, But she does feel like she wants to vomit. This has been going on for 2 days now. Myself, her father and brother have all had the flu last 2 weeks, but none of her symptoms.. Kind regards

Hi, Jessbird,
Thanks for query.
It seems that your daughter is having stomach flu.
Give her antispasmodic like cyclopam for stomach pain.
Give her tab Ondanserotron for vomiting or domperidon after consulting your doctor.
Give light diet like buttermilk, curd, rice.
Give plenty of water after nausea, vomiting stops.
Ok and bye.
