6 Years Old Getting Headache After ASD Closure,taking Aspirin
My 6 years old daughter had an ASD closure one month back. She is taking Aspirin 75 mg. After one week she is started having headache . We went to to cardiologist and he hold us that it is normal and it will go after some times. Now she is not going to the school. Is this headache is normal or not ? Is there any remedy for this headache. Please help.

Headache if associated with vomitings may be matter of concern,but headache of mild nature without vomiting may be overlooked.You may seek openion of neurologist to ruleout any associated intracranial problem.A CAT scan may be necessary.She may be give DOMCET syrup[paracetamol+domstal] after food sos for headache if not tolerable.Meanwhile get platelet count and BT,CT as she is on aspirin.
