7 Month Baby, Fever, Cold, Loose Motion With Blood. What Could Be This?

my baby is 7 months old and recently traveled 60 hrs journey with me in train. having several time fever during whole journey. but after reaching destination i took him a very good doctor and got medicine for fever, cold and cough. Now he is having frequent loose motions sometime with redish blood in it. Please advise is he require any immediate attention or its just due to some allergic foods?

Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
Your baby of 7 months has fever and cough during the journey, followed by loose motions and some times blood in it.
It is due to infection of the intestines, and allergic cold, motions could be due to infection or the drugs used for fever which are irritant to him.
What ever the cause may be you should stop the previous drug and change to some other drug which is use full to motions and fever.
I advise you to consult a pediatric specialist for further treatment.
