7 Month Baby, Suffering From Frequent Loose Motions Even Before Starting Solid Foods. Giving Antibiotics. Suggestions?

Hello doctor my daughter is 7 months old..and she has been getting loose motions since she was 6 months evn before i sarted solids with her.. Now she is 7 n half.. I hav started solid food with her but no milk or milk products with her....this whole month she has been getting loose motions on and off... Even after giving her antibiotic ziffi 50..

give her probiotics after consulting your doctor

zinc supplements also helpful

moniter her hydration status and urine output

give her ORS

Give her soft diet

banana and rice can be given
