7 Year Kid, Having Red Blister Like Sores On Butt Cheeks. Applied Desitin. Hemorrhoids?

My 7 year old has red blister like sores on his butt cheeks. We first noticed it a couple weeks ago and at that time it was only 2 ( one on each cheek) and i thought it was from sand rubbing against his undergarments or mosquito bites now he has about 6 of them and he is saying they are sore. I just put desitin on them. I thought they looked like hemroids ...

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
These red blisters are nothing but may be due to streptococcus or staphylococcal ( bacterial ) infection.
Nothing to worry .
Just take levofloxacin 250 mg one tablet / day for 7 days.
Aceclofenac 100 mg twice in day for 2 days.
Not more than 7 days ( antibiotics).
Good luck.
